Sunday 1st June - Mark Sargeantson will be walking the GR10 (the length of the Pyranees on the French side) from the Atlantic to the Mediterranean and hoping to complete the trip in 50 days. This event is organised annually by Castons Quantity Surveyors in Ipswich and this year they will be supporting CCIS and the Diabetes Centre at Ipswich Hospital.

The Orwell Walk. This event was postponed earlier in the year because of extremely bad weather. The organisers are hoping that this date in September will bring better luck. This annual event has been run in the past by MAST, but this year with the kind permission of Course owner Harley Barnard, the Charity Day will be run by Cancer Campaign in Suffolk.
